Common Queries
Need to Know
How are you different from a regular gym?
We know gyms can be intimidating places for many people. You don't know how to use the equipment, you don't know how the session works and you are left standing at the back of the class. At UzeIt Fitness your trainer shows you how to perform the exercises correctly. We correct your technique and make modifications for you. You work to your fitness level. Taking that first step is difficult however once you have done it you won't look back.
What types of home fitness equipment do you recommend?
Having a few items at home to use when you can't make a session or want to do extra training is great. You don't need a full gym as there are many bodyweight exercises you can do. I would recommend a fitball and resistance bands. We teach you how to use these correctly in our UzeIt Fitness toneIt sessions.
Why chose UzeIt Fitness
Your health is important to us. You are not just a number that scans a card to check into a class. You are a real person, seeking assistance with your health and fitness. We want you to feel good about yourself and we want you to succeed in achieving your fitness goals. These could be anything from running a marathon to walking up the stairs. We want you to live the fittest, healthiest life you can. Not just for 8 weeks but for the rest of your life.
